Nasfat President enjoins Nigerians to coexist peacefully

Chief of Missioner, NASFAT, Imam Abdul Azeez Maruf Onike has enjoined Nigerians to embrace peace at all levels as no country can develop economically, socially, politically and even spiritually without peace.
He stated that NASFAT has been in vanguard of peace and to ensure that people coexist peacefully with a view to improving justice, equity among people of various States.
For twenty two years, NASFAT has been in collaboration with other organisations to ensure that women are not discriminated against and peace reign supreme.
“Islam does not discriminate against anybody. Those going contrary to the tennants of Islam are doing so intentionally. Promotion of benefit ànd removal of arms are the compass that guide the practice of Islam.
Islam abhors oppression, injustice and corruption. We will continue to say the truth and advocate until every one sees reasons to work for the good of women and children”, he said.
Imam Onike also urged Nigerians to come out and participate in electing credible leaders for the nation come 2019.
