The Commissioner who recalled that Kogi used to be a well-divided state along ethnic, religious, class and several other lines said Governor Bello has been able to unite the entire state which is one of the reasons Nigerians are clamoring for him to become the President come twenty twenty three.
Earlier, the Senate President Ahmad Lawan, while delivering his speech said for the first time since the fourth republic, Nigeria’s budget recorded hundred percent implementation level in the year twenty twenty by the federal government under President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration.
Lawan who is also a recipient of doubled award said the honours are encouraging, considering the demanding nature of statecraft, despite a primary commitment to service adding that journalists at the heart of reporting the legislature are in an excellent position to appreciate the enormity of their tasks.
